Introduction

Nick is a very experienced criminal advocate. His principal specialities are sexual offences, fatal road traffic cases, and shootings.

Nick is very user friendly. He is the only criminal advocate in Birmingham who sits as both a Recorder and Deputy District Judge. As a result (coupled with 25 year’s experience as a criminal barrister) he has a wide range of experienceand is uniquely placed to best Judge the ideal way to pitch a case in court. He is registered for direct access work and in such cases prefers to have fees negotiated on a fixed price basis to ensure certainty for the client.
