Shane Crawford has represented clients in the employment tribunal since he started in the profession taking cases for the Free Representation Unit. He has experience in claims of  unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination of all types, whistleblowing, wages and TUPE. His client base is wide. Within the commercial client field he has represented AMC Mercedes, Sainsbury's, Boots, E.On, Flogas, Redbull, VFS Global Services, Alliance Healthcare. Within the public sector he has been instructed by Birmingham City Council,  NUT, Blue Coat Junior School, various NHS trusts, Midland Heart, Oxfam.

In addition Shane has represented teachers, union representatives, fire officers, pharmacists and doctors in claims against their respective employers.
